Botox + Biostimulants
Botox softens the dynamic wrinkles on the surface; Sculptra and Radiesse rebuild the structural collagen underneath. Together: restored facial shape and smooth expression — a true non-surgical refresh.
Most popular pairing
Botox® and Dysport® relax facial muscles to smooth wrinkles like forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Results appear in 3–7 days and last about 3–4 months.
Repeated facial expressions like frowning, squinting, and brow raising can lead to fine lines and wrinkles that make you look tired or tense even at rest. Neuromodulators help relax the underlying muscles, softening these lines and preventing them from deepening — for a smoother, more refreshed and natural-looking appearance.

Which Injectable Is Right for You?
Botox is one of several injectable tools — each addresses a different aging concern. Understanding the difference helps you and Dr. Saad build the right combination for your face.
| Botox | Dermal Filler (HA) | Biostimulant | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How it works | Relaxes wrinkle-causing muscles | Adds volume with hyaluronic acid gel | Stimulates your own collagen (Sculptra PLLA or Radiesse CaHA) |
| Best for | Crow’s feet, forehead lines, “11s”, masseter, lip flip | Lips, immediate cheek & tear-trough volume, marionette lines | Volume loss, skin laxity, full-face structural rejuvenation |
| Results appear | 3–14 days | Immediately | Gradually, 3–6 months |
| Results last | 3–4 months | 6–12 months | 12 months to 2+ years |

Dr. Saad commonly pairs Botox for dynamic wrinkles, biostimulants for structural support, and dermal fillers for targeted, immediate volume — tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals.
Better Together
Botox handles the dynamic wrinkles — the lines you make when you express. Most patients get the best long-term result by layering Botox with treatments that address what it can’t: lost volume, lost collagen, and surface skin quality. Here are Dr. Saad’s most-requested combinations.

Most popular pairingBotox handles the movement-based lines (forehead, crow’s feet); HA fillers add targeted volume to lips, cheeks, and tear troughs. Same visit, complementary effects — polished, not overdone.
Refined & balancedBotox relaxes the muscle; IPL or fractional laser resurfaces the skin itself — tone, texture, sun damage, pore size. Botox controls movement-driven lines; lasers improve the canvas they sit on.

Botox pricing depends on the number of units needed, the treatment area, and your goals. During your consultation, we’ll create a personalized plan and provide exact pricing before treatment.
Most patients describe Botox injections as a mild pinch that lasts only a second or two. The needles used are ultra-fine — much thinner than those used for blood draws. No anesthesia is needed, though topical numbing cream can be applied for sensitive patients.
Botox typically lasts 3 months for most patients. Dysport may have a slightly faster onset (2–3 days) but generally lasts a similar duration. Dr. Saad will help you determine the ideal treatment schedule for your goals.
Both Botox and Dysport are botulinum toxin type A products that temporarily relax muscles to smooth wrinkles. Key differences include: Dysport tends to have a faster onset (2–3 days vs. 3–5 days for Botox), and Dysport spreads slightly more — making it ideal for larger areas like the forehead. Dr. Saad selects the optimal product based on your anatomy and treatment goals.
Most healthy adults who want to soften dynamic wrinkles — lines that appear with facial movement — are excellent candidates for wrinkle relaxers. Ideal candidates include those with forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, or those interested in preventive treatment in their late 20s to 30s. Wrinkle relaxers are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for patients with certain neuromuscular disorders. A consultation with Dr. Saad will determine if this treatment is right for you.
The number of units varies by treatment area and individual muscle strength. General ranges include: forehead lines (15–30 units), frown lines/11s (20–30 units), crow's feet (10–15 units per side). These are starting ranges — Dr. Saad assesses your specific facial anatomy during the consultation to determine the precise dosing that will achieve natural-looking results for you.
Yes. Botox and Dysport can be safely combined with many aesthetic treatments, depending on your goals and treatment plan.
A typical Botox or Dysport session at Healing Aesthetics takes just 10–15 minutes. After a brief consultation to review your goals and target areas, your injector performs the treatment quickly and precisely. There’s no downtime, and most patients return to their normal activities immediately after treatment. It’s often called a “lunchtime procedure” because it fits easily into a busy schedule.

Common side effects are mild and temporary, including slight redness, or swelling at the injection site. These typically resolve within a few hours. Headache can occasionally occur after treatment. Rare but possible side effects include temporary eyelid drooping or asymmetry, which resolves as the product wears off. Serious side effects are extremely rare when treatment is performed by a qualified physician. Dr. Saad's precise technique and thorough knowledge of facial anatomy minimize the risk of adverse effects.
